If you think of it today...

...please pray for my sweet husband, Steve. He has not been feeling, sleeping, or eating well for the last 3 days. He has a large paper due next week and also begins his 3rd year of seminary next week. Thanks, ahead of time, for keeping him covered with your prayers! I know his wife appreciates it! (And Steve too;)

p.s. ...and can you pray for me too, as of this afternoon, I think I have what Steve is getting over! I'm even taking Barley Green for crying out loud!!!

  4. Katrina--I got your message about Godiva catching the bird and had a good laugh. I'm telling you--the sad part is--it's p-r-o-b-a-b-l-y not her first!!?! Aren't those two naughty??!!

  5. : ( I'm praying. We're sick too so I am feeling your discomfort. Everytime I sneeze, blow my nose, or turn food away I shall think of you. Isn't that lovely?

  6. Got the message about the scratching. Again, I'm sorry! Now your door will have deep ingrained puppy scratches. Godiva is close to having destroyed our back door. She has at the very least scratched out the insulation between the door jam! Grr! Then she tends to be a little impatient when mommy and daddy are talking to their buddies, Stephen and Sarah, and decide that she would like to continually interrupt by jumping off the door, not just a simple scratch. Oh beware, Sarah, Cali will begin to learn the art that Godiva has perfected! =) Good story!!

And, hey, what are you saying about my sweet little Godiva . . . that she would (gasp) kill (gasp) other little birdies (gasp) before this one!!!! Accuser of the four-legged friend! (okay, well maybe she has, I just haven't noticed any dead birds lying around, only one and I thought it looked as if it died of natural causes!) People are bound to think we are so insane - us commenting back and forth over our little pups! =) I love it!

  8. you guys ARE CRACKING ME UP!!!
this IS good parenting practice!! :)

hope your hubby feels better soon, sarah! last time drew was sick he pronounced, "MOMMY, IT IS NO FUN BEING SICK!!!!!!" A-men to that!

someone suggested "stinging nettle"---it's an herbal supplement(most tolerable in pill form). Seems to take the edge off & speed up the healing process?? just passing that along.
