Come let us worship, come let us adore
Jesus, Messiah, our Savior is born
Carol His glory and sing His sweet Name
Offer a life of thanksgiving and praise

Join with the angels proclaiming to earth
Join with the shepherds in awe of His birth
Join all creation rejoicing this morn
The glory of God-become-man has been born

Come, let us adore Him
Jesus, the hope of the world
Come, worship before Him
Christ, the Messiah has come
Salvation is born

Prophets foretold Him, the Promise of God
The hope of Salvation and light of the world
Born in a stable and born as a man
Born to fulfill God’s redeeming plan

Come, let us adore Him
Jesus, the hope of the world
Come, worship before Him
Christ, the Messiah has come
Salvation is born

  1. Oh man, do I have to pick just one? Well, I guess I would say 25 Songs of Christmas from Sparrow Records. I mostly pick that for nostalgia: my siblings and I listened to it and sang along with it when we were young...on cassette, of course. My brother found it on CD a few years ago and bought copies for us.

More recent favorites are Child of the Promise, a musical by Michael Omartian, and Michael Crawford's A Christmas Album.

I don't have the SGM Savior. I might have to go check that out.

  10. our top favorite I think will always be "Savior" - just love it - how sweet the day is my favorite song. the Carpenters Cmas CD is a classic and this year our current favorite is one we got for free (from fedex kinkos!) called an R&B Cmas, just various artists. it's really fun though. (you don't have to put me in the drawing though since I already have Savior!)

  11. So many choices, I LOVE Christmas Music. I love CD's with the old time Christmas songs (Bing Crosby, Frank Sanatra etc.) but I also like newer ones as well like Jim Brickman and Josh Groban! Right now I am listening to Christmas Music via our Satalite, it is a combination of all different artist and I think there may be a few CD's I may have to get because of "discovering" new music this year :o)

  16. We also love the Savior album, but my all time favorites are still Steven Curtis Chapman's Christmas cds. I especially love the newest, All I really Want for Christmas, because of the adoption song -- I always think of you guys too when I hear it, knowing we share a passion and desire for adoption. I can't wait for it to become a reality!

  17. I love Christmas music! I realised when I saw this blog that we have that CD...BUT I don't know where it is. I really need to find it!! My all time favorite Christmas song is In the Bleak Mid-Winter. I also love any of the Mannheim Steamroller songs, but haven't purchased any yet. I think there are a couple of other new CDs I need to purchase after reading the other comments!
