Merry Christmas from the Branines

A Favorite Holiday Recipe. . .OREO BALLS
1) Using your food processor, process 1 pkg. of Oreos until they are finely ground. (I usually process 1 whole sleeve at a time).
2)  Add in 3/4 of a pkg. of cream cheese and combine it with the finely ground Oreos until it is blended. Make sure the consistency isn't too sticky!
3) Roll into balls.  Small--because they are very rich!
4) Using melted white chocolate or almond bark, (almond bark happens to be my favorite and I even add a little Crisco so that my chocolate is very thin) spoon the chocolate over the Oreo balls.

For added convenience and fun...
. . .I always do this on wax paper. Enough said ΓΌ
. . .I also like to take a fork and drizzle chocolate back over the Oreo balls with a different color of chocolate. For example, in the picture below, I drizzled orange on top for a friend's baby shower.
E   N   J   O   Y  !
