Odd[itie]s and Ends. . .

went out with two friends last week to Ken's Artisan Bakery in Portland. A delightful little place that I will take all of my visiting friends to for sure!
Will be back! Many times!

the apartment the morning after we unloaded everything from the storage unit. . .hopefully I will be able to show you some updated pictures soon. I still have not hung one single thing on the walls {do I hear a collective gasp?} . I know, I know. . .that is very strange behavior for me. But I am in the post-move-purging process and decluttering a bit. It is hard to move from a house to an apartment and I want things to look crisp not cluttered. {wish. me. luck.}

a bit of a twist on the normal pregnancy picture. . .

33 weeks tomorrow and feeling like, well. . . . . . . . . .
{a picture is worth a thousand words!}

  2. Hang in there, Sarah. We were just there and I am still 'purging' items from our home as my decor taste changes with a new home! Give it some time - it will come!! Your apartment looks great! Can't wait to see what you do with it.

    YOU ARE NESTING!!! It's probably actually nice to be able to do it from scratch...but it would totally overwhelm me! I can't wait to see your creativity in action!!!

  6. Just imagine your "new" place filled with your landlord's stuff & you can't move around in your living room for 2 weeks until she finally lets you move her stuff into her storage. UGH!!! We're not looking forward to moving again...but at least our next move will be in town & out of the place we are in now! Our landlord is crazy & we have a ton of stories! Well your new place looks really nice..can't wait to see pics when you're all moved in. Now that things have slowed down for us a bit, we should be posting pics soon of our new place..although it's been almost 2 months now!
