everyone comes home with a pumpkin, right?
how tall this Fall. . . .
this picture brings me a smile each time I look at it--Graeme is not too sure why mommy and daddy have him standing all by himself. . .
Graeme's friend Ellie. Love her little look!
what held our interest, pumpkins? Nope. The keys won.
. . .could have totally taken this little mister home with me. His name was Hank. He had just been rescued and was on his way to his new home. He was a miniature of some sort and was so sweet and gentle. I hope he will be loved lots!
We had a stupendous family outing to the pumpkin patch. I am so sad that we did not get a picture of all three of us! It was a beautiful day, we enjoyed much needed down-time with our friends, and thoroughly ate up the gorgeous scenery around us. We, surprisingly did not buy a pumpkin. I could not find thee one. I even tried buying one of the "sample" pumpkins that they had sitting by the check-out stand. I mean, come on, we all know those were the best looking ones in the patch! But I was told no. Oh well. My search for the perfect pumpkin continues. And if I could find a grey one, well, my week might just be complete. I even was treated to my first glass of egg-nog this week. Yes, it's been a very good week if I do say so myself. . .and it is only Monday! ;-)
happy Fall, egg-nogging, and pumpkining wherever this finds you my friends. . .
