.....in Your mercy find......

DSC_0166
I think I will always remember this moment in time..........

I will never forget watching Steve's dad rock Graeme and the tears that streamed down his cheeks.......
I think he knew to savor the moment.

I wish that I could have seen the face of Steve's dad as he saw, with new eyes, the glory of Jesus this morning in Heaven.

It is not death to fling aside this earthly dust
and rise with strong and noble wing to live among the just;
It is not death to hear the key unlock the door
that sets us free from mortal years to praise You evermore!

Oh, Jesus, conquering the grave
Your precious blood has the pow’r to save
All who trust in you will in your mercy find
That it is not death to die

  4. Oh, Sarah, I am so sorry for the pain you guys are going through right now. I have shed many tears wishing Chad's dad would've had the chance to hold my babies ... but I am so thankful that he is free of pain and suffering. I will pray for you especially as you love your husband through this trial. Hugs.

  5. Loss is never easy to deal with... even sorry's truly meant to heal never really fix how hard grief can be. I lost my brother to suicide almost 21 years ago. Every day is a healing process but it will get better every morning you see the sun shine, or a smile that reminds you of him, or when you reach deep within your faith to heal the sorrow little by little.

    Stay strong... xoxox
