neglect not the gift that is in you..............

this mother's day was a beautiful day here in Oregon.
it was the perfect pacific northwest day, filled with showers, an occasional complete downpour, and accompanied by shots of sunlight that left the spring-studded, rain soaked trees glittering.
and although I spent my day at home, it was still the perfect mother's day...........
I spent it with my little guy, who is still not feeling one hundred percent, but managed to enjoy his trucks and cars and mango slices all the same!

God has taught us so much through Graeme.........
He has given us so very, very much in this little boy and we are so grateful each and every day for him.............
number2
we also want to share about a sweet, tiny gift that has been given to us.............
with thankful hearts, we would like to announce that we are expecting!
ilovehim
dear little one,
when we found out that you were growing inside, I cried thankful tears.
Your dada picked me up, held me tightly, and twirled me around because he was very happy too. We thanked Jesus for your little life.

we are so excited to meet this sweet gift from God...........
this week marks 15 weeks of pregnancy and we could not be more thankful!
And, if you ask Graeme about the baby, he will happily pat my tummy--
we think he is pretty ecstatic about the baby too, even though he looks at us rather oddly when we tell him there is a baby inside of mama's belly, wink wink!

  5. Oh, Sarah, yay!!!! I am so happy for you. Our God is so gracious. I noticed you had been blogging less lately, and I wondered if it was because you were dealing with "morning" sickness :)
