welcome, March

We welcomed March with a teeny tiny bit of snow.  Graeme was anxious to get out and play in the snow, er, want-to-be snow : )  We took advantage of some one-on-one time during Job's nap yesterday morning.

I can't believe that it's already the month of March and we are one month closer to our big trip to Boston!  My husband is so sweet--he is beyond excited about his brother's wedding next month--and I am too--but I think it is extra cute that he is the one that is counting down the days.  We are so happy for Nate and Katie and they are beyond perfect together.

I know one little boy who needs a serious haircut before he walks down that aisle next month as the ring bearer.  Oh boy.  Nervous mommy here.  I'll be sitting on the front row with a package of fruit snacks in hand, hoping and praying that he makes it down the aisle without blasting out a Thomas the Train song, or better yet, his new favorite, Eye of the Tiger, which he likes to belt out at random times.

( smile )

Any tips on training a 2.5 year old how to walk nicely down the wedding aisle?  I'd love to hear them!

happy weekending to you!
we hope to make a trip to our zoo this weekend for a certain little animal lover we know : )

    Only 57...well 56 days in about a 1/2hr here.

I would love to hear "eye of the tiger" as he walked down the aisle...or "bohemian rhapsody" either would be thoroughly appropriate :)

I can't wait for your big trip to Boston bc that means I'm getting married to my lovely fiance. I enjoyed reading this...not sure about tips, but fruit snacks sound like a sure fire bet to get him down.

Love you guys & see you soon.

  2. yeah, with G, *any* food is probably a sure-fire way to get him down the aisle : ) We are super duper excited! See you in 55 days!

  3. Beautiful pictures -- love those curls =)

Thank you so much for reading here and sharing life with me!
