At present we are on the outside of the world, the wrong side of the door. We discern the freshness and purity of morning, but they do not make us fresh and pure. We cannot mingle with the splendours we see. But all the leaves of the New Testament are rustling with the rumour that it will not always be so. Some day, God willing, we shall get in –– C.S. A few weeks ago we said hello again to a place that is special to us –– the coast. And although our hearts are busy and heavy in this season, God's creation of the sea and all that goes with it met us where we were and sent us home in a better place than when it had found us. We have a good, good Father. Here are a few of my favorite snaps from our week at the coast ––
